Kustom Kans – Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped through FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). The carrier used for your order is chosen based on delivery speed, package size, and location.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or any international destinations.
3. Shipping Rates
We charge a shipping fee based on the amount of products on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional charge to cover extended delivery costs. Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are non-refundable once production begins.
4. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are custom-made and typically take 3–5 business days to produce after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package through delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us at (402) 965-1741 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and, when appropriate, help replace your order.
7. Policy Updates
Kustom Kans reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The current version will always appear on our website.
